1. HCM Techno-Functional (2-4years)


Looking for a potential consultant who is having strong working knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management) modules. This role requires addressing complex business solutions and bringing up innovate ideas. Must have go-getter attitude and flexible to travel onsite on short term assignments.

Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules

  • Able to analyze and gather the customer business requirements and the future solutions mapping into Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Able to conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for at least 2 modules ex.Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll, Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Time and Labor, Benefit, Talent Management.
  • Should be able to interact with Functional Consultants to understand and review the feasibility of business requirements and complete technical requirement documents.
  • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll/HCM and build solution/ recommendations/ extensions for them an understanding of integration points between Oracle HCM.

Mandatory Skills
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules implementation.
  • Should have Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience in at least two modules - Core HR and Benefits, Payroll and Compensation, Absence, Time and Labor & Talent Management.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the cloud implementation methodology.
  • Expected to have proficient domain knowledge in HCM specifically US Payroll and/or HCM modules.
  • Must have been a part of at least 1 end to end HCM implementation project.
  • Ability to design and deploy Fast Formulas for calculations (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, T&L).
  • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll/HCM Modules.
  • Should know how to develop security, roles, User data access.
  • Should be able to assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud / Payroll.
  • Should know Fusion Interface development - BI Publisher and HCM Extracts.
  • Good to have skills to lead client knowledge transfer and validation sessions.
  • Must be able to lead specific modules for Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT, and Supporting deployment and resolutions beyond go live.
  • Should be able to run the customer workshops independently.
  • Should be able to Design, build, test interfaces with customers and 3rd party vendors.

2. ORACLE EPM (2-4years)


Job Duties

  • Work with Onsite and offshore functional leads to configure the Oracle cloud system.
  • Prepare Functional documents which includes test scripts, Configuration workbooks, Business process documents.
  • Perform Unit testing for CRP and UAT sessions.
  • Basic understanding of any/all the EPM modules Planning and budgeting, ARCS, FCCS , hyperion cloud.
  • Provide functional requirements for Technical activities in the implementation lifecycle.

Must Have Skills
• Minimum experience of 2 years in IT
• Basic knowledge on Fusion Financials/Proucrement Functional.
• Must have experience in any of the ERP products (Cloud or OnPremise).
• Good analytical skills and understanding of business process.
• Experience in resolving and troubleshooting issues.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge/Training on Oracle cloud products.
• Knowledge in implementation of ERP and EPM (Enterprise performance system).

5. Entry Level to Senior Level Cloud Architects (Multiple Positions)



Job Description:

  • Participating and leading the development or approval of technical solution designs and coordinating with Enterprise Systems leadership during the implementation of recommendations of Cloud-based SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS Production and DevOps environments in Oracle Cloud and/or Azure.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery and implementation of customized global Azure DevOps, IAC, and Multi-Cloud services solutions including OCI.
  • Design and implement modernized architectures and automation using cloud infrastructure technologies with Containers/Kubernetes.
  • Monitor the company’s cloud privacy in collaboration with IT security using different matrices and Microsoft Sentinel, IaaC Automation using tools like Azure Resource Manager templates, Azure Biceps, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Keeping track of Cloud Storage usage and reclaiming unprojected, unused storage.
